摘要
Based on the more and more construction quality and safety problems resulted from the large quantity of construction projects rapid constructed in Shanghai, the local government pay an important attention to propose the new construction market management mode to decrease the construction risk. The new assurance system of construction quality and safety risk were presented in accordance with the introducing the construction insurance into construction management market considering the three kinds of insurances, namely civil and installation all and third party liability insurance, work labor hazard insurance and inherent defect insurance. According to the case study, the life-cycle risk management practice mode of construction quality and safety was described to implement whole process control of construction project from design to defect liability. The practice results show the new mode play an important role in reducing the construction quality and safety problems and the organization, measures and means of risk management presented are feasible to control construction risk.
