摘要
The challenge for ERP/ERPII implementation projects is to identify the tacit knowledge domains and convert tacit knowledge of personal level into explicit knowledge of project level and organization level. Based on MRPII/ERP/ERPII software analysis and project consultant experience, the author presents tacit knowledge domains in ERP/ERPII implementation project. Tacit knowledge in ERP / ERP II reparation phase mainly includes intangible effect evaluation. In system planning phase, tacit knowledge mainly includes understanding of ERP / ERP II system architecture. In system realization phase, tacit knowledge is mainly dominated in the business models. A tacit knowledge-based research in ERP / ERP II application field makes contribution to ERP / ERP II implementation methodology and knowledge discovery also.
