摘要：

In this work, the capability of a wave plate is exploited to modify the state of polarization, as it provides a controlled phase shift between the two polarization components of propagating light. A half-wave plate is used to stabilize the state of polarization of light (632.8 nm) at the distal end of a multimode fiber of core diameter 62.5 mu m.
