摘要
The paper employs a theoretical approach for introducing a novel concept. Underlying principles and building block's are presented to develop a massively multi-user commercial platform. Several concepts are borrowed from information science and management science to Construct the argument; such as virtual enterprises and network business models, business components, electronic contracts, management cybernetics, as well as financial theories and concepts related to real options. The paper draws a Conclusion that points to the feasibility and potential economic gains possible from a massively multi-user commercial platform as well as further steps needed to develop the concept.
