摘要：
A technique is proposed of the estimation of the stability level of the runoff formation process within the frameworks of Markovian paradigm resulting in the solution in the form of the set of Pearson's curves. The maps are obtained from the actual and expected climate displaying the distribution of instability zones throughout the European territory of Russia.
