摘要
The migration of melamine from food can coating to aqueous food stimulants (deionized water, 3%(w/v) acetic acid solution,10%(v/v) ethanol solution) was analyzed by HPLC with UV detection in this paper. The samples were extracted in the food simulants, then separated on C18 analytical column with sodium 1-octanesulfonate and acetonitrile (81:19 by volume), detected by UV detector at a wavelength of 235nm, and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The results show that the linear ranges of melamine concentration are 0.2-50mg/L, the correlation coefficient is 0.9999, and the detection of limit(S/N=3) is 0.03 mg/L, the relative standard deviation is 1.3-7.2%. The contents of melamine in these three food simulants from high to low are 3% acetic acid solution, deionized water, and 10% ethanol solution.
