摘要
As in the whole world, a comprehensive fight is being fulfilled in our country regarding the COVID-19 disease that emerged in the People's Republic of China and was declared as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020. It remains uncertain whether economic and social life will return to normal globally in the presence of COVID-19, which has a very high rate of transmission and has no cure yet. On the one hand, while preparing for the process which is called "new normal", on the other hand, reducing the economic effects of the outbreak requires the development of new programs. It is important to form social support programs implemented by the state in emergencies such as the COVID-19 outbreak to decrease the economic, social, and psychological effects of the outbreak and to implement it without delay. In this article, it is aimed to give information about the target groups, objectives, and implementation of the social support programs during COVID-19 outbreak.
