Bi2Te3 nanomaterials have been synthesized using the two-step hydrothermal method at 160 degrees C. The structures and morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM), High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy (HRTEM) and Selected Area Electron Diffraction (SAED). The growth mechanism of the grown of Bi2Te3 nanostructures has been discussed. CO 2021 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
