摘要
This text proposed some new measures, such as marketing strategy, personnel strategy, product strategy, enterprise idea, corporate culture strategy and establishing scientific strategic objectives that may enhance the strategic management capability based on practice. And discussed how to utilize management innovation to strategic innovation so as to offer references for reformers, administrators and entrepreneurs of enterprises.
