摘要：
Some of the knowledgeable female university students of new era chose to start the path of entrepreneurship not just in order to get rid of the employment difficulties, but also to realize their own value and ideal. From the perspective of female manpower resources human resource development, female university students are highly educated excellent human resources, if the potential and sustainability of innovation of this community can be fully developed, which is bound to inject huge amount of energy to the development of society. This paper based on the SWOT analysis, try to identify problems occurred in the entrepreneurship and explore the corresponding solutions for the female university students.
