摘要
In this paper we present a novel method to synthesis a high capacity Molybdenum trioxide/reduced graphene oxide by spray drying combustion technique. MoO3/RGO composite material is one of the promising anode materials Li-ion batteries. The resultant product was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microcopy (SEM), Field Emission Scanning electron microcopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Raman Shift and Electrochemical studies. XRD analysis confirms the presence of single Phase-Orthorhombic structured MoO3 nanoparticle. SEM determines the plate like morphology of the particles of size similar to 100 - 200nm. TEM confirms the MoO3 deposition on RGO sheets. Electrochemical study reveals the energy storage capacity greater than 1000mAh/g. (C) 2017 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
