Charge evolution in dusty plasma expansion with negative ions

摘要
The charge evolution of negatively charged dust grains during plasma expansion is investigated in the presence of Boltzmannian positive and negative ions. Using the self-similar treatment, it is found that the dust charge profile depends on the dust initial charge as well as on the negative ions density. (C) 2003 American Institute of Physics.
