摘要
The energy efficiency is an important factor in the energy sector, and therefore, it is very important to improve it. Many recent works are focusing on either modeling energy losses in series resonant power conditioning systems (SR-PCSs) or energy losses in power networks, e.g., medium-voltage (MV) networks. In this paper, we formulate a new multi-objective optimization problem to minimize both energy losses, simultaneously. Furthermore, we consider photovoltaic stations aiming to maximize its injected DC active power in an MV network while considering unity power factors. Four typical seasonal sunny days and typical seasonal load profiles are used to test the new model. These profiles are considered inputs to the new formulated optimal power flow (OPF) problem which is applied to a 5-Bus test MV network. The impact, importance, and benefit of considering the multi-objectives are highlighted.
