摘要
E-government has grown hugely over the last years, tending to cover multiple sectors of public administration from a citizen-centered perspective. However, multiple barriers still exist to the development and success to such whole-of-government initiatives. This paper describes a case of cross-sectorial workflow simplification and dematerialization, integrating Public and Private Sectors, taking into consideration major infrastructural organizational and technical components that enabled its implementation. A perspective survey among key stakeholders of the project has highlighted the main success factors of such initiatives.
