摘要
Returned logistics network planning is the central part of renewable resources recycling system and circular economy. Taking returned logistics network planning for renewable resources as research object and combining with the demand and supply fluctuations of renewable resources, a multi-category and single-period model of returned logistics network planning for renewable resources was constructed, which has four levels such as collection points, recycling centers, distribution markets and further processing centers or clients. Also, two local improvement strategies such as selected-to-be strategy and mapping strategy were put forward and a heuristic optimal algorithm was designed. The model and algorithm can be used for solving other returned logistics network planning problems of renewable resources with single-category and single-period, single-category and multi-period and multi-category and multi-period styles.
