摘要：

We report here the first step towards functional derivates formed by self attachment of golden particles on MoSxIy nanowires. The golden particles suspended in water solution reproducibly attach at the ends of nanowires. AFM, TEM measurements were performed in order to demonstrate the Au functionalized MoSxIY nanowires. Attachment of thiol-containing proteins is also demonstrated.
