摘要：
This paper analyzes the current situation of informed consent in health care activity in Spain and specifically in the dental field, from a legal and doctrinal perspective. The objective is to analyze what the patient consents, with whom he consents, what relationship arises from the informed consent between the dentist and the patient and how this institution is regulated, since health is a competence transferred to the Autonomous Communities.
