Supporting the shift into the language of technology, which has become the language of the era and the best communication method-which brings accuracy to fruition, achievement and electronic governance of procedures and transactions, this study will benefit from the current digital transformation to keep pace with the fast-tracked works towards the future. As the number of students expected to graduate from universities around the world grows, demand for post-graduate services and documents is increasing. Yet, using the traditional way to issue this type of document takes a great deal of time and effort on the part of faculty members. The study therefore provides a method to develop a system of online student letters of recommendation (LOR) related to the university's academic affairs databases. The expected impact of this system is the reduction of effort and time so that a single scientific recommendation is completed in minutes, contrary to the previous traditional procedures that may take weeks, in addition to limiting bias and dependability as an attempt to achieve more reliable and valid LORs.
