摘要
Since implementing the renovation policy up to the present, our Party and State have always paid attention to ensuring social security, considering it as both a goal and a motivation for socio-political stability, contributing to sustainable development. Social security is identified as an important part of social policy, in the socio-economic development strategy of the country. Implementing social security through compulsory social insurance is a fundamental and indispensable content in corporate social responsibility. Therefore, the recognition of corporate social responsibility towards employees in the process of building and perfecting the labor legal system in general and the law on social security through compulsory social insurance in Vietnam in particular has become an urgent task.
