摘要
A 2 mu m single-frequency Tm:YAG laser was developed by using a diode pumped L-shaped twisted-mode-cavity. By suppressing the spatial hole-burning, the 2 mu m single-frequency laser was obtained, with the output power of 1.46 W and the slope efficiency of 19.2%.
