摘要
This research aims to analyze the teaching - learning and competency assessment working group in the context of e-learning. The qualitative methodology assumed in the research draws on criteria issued by the (teachers and coordinators) participants, in a written interview, administered online form in order to gather information on strategies for training and assessment of competence of teamwork, through e-learning. The results indicate that in the educational context of e-learning in universities can develop innovative practices that focus on teaching and learning from the perspective of training and competency assessment of teamwork contributing to better training of professionals in correspondence with the requirements of today's workplace.
