ECC video with Viterbi algorithm

摘要
Recently a novel and active error resilient video coding tool [1] has been proposed using ECC. Simulation results show the significant improvement over the current error resilient video coding tools represented by Resynchronisation and Data Partitioning etc in MPEG-4. This work is a further improvement over ECC approach using soft-decision Viterbi convolutional decoding algorithm instead of hard-decision Viterbi decoding algorithm in the original ECC proposal.
