摘要
When we diagnose the electronic equipment faults using single sensor the source of fault information is limited, the accuracy and reliability of fault diagnosis are low. So, by measuring the voltage, waveform and temperature of circuit components and parts, giving the criterion and diagnosis knowledge, one method of electron equipment fault diagnosis based on multisensor information fusion is presented. The structure of fault diagnosis system is described. At last, the hard decision fusion method and fuzzy data fusion method are discussed.
