摘要
The addition of amphiphile to two immiscible fluid components can give rise to a wealth of self-assembled microstructures, on length scales of tens of nanometers, depending on the relative concentrations of the components of the mixture, and on the temperature. Though lattice models of the equilibrium properties of amphiphilic fluids have existed for more than a decade, their extension to hydrodynamic phenomena is a much more recent development. Here we review such models with attention to their faithfulness to particular physical phenomena at various scales of length and time.
