摘要
In the present article, a study has been carried out on social networks, studying criminological aspects related to the use of these networks such as stalking, sexting, hate speech among others. Also, it seeks to know the starting age of the use of these networks, parental control over the use of them, and more specific issues such as the time spent on Instagram social media. To carry out the study, a sample of 133 students from the Faculty of Law of University of Murcia, degree in Criminology, students ranging from first to fourth year. This range was chosen due to this age group being most active on the social media platform.
