摘要
The article studies organization problem based on complexity theory. The basic view of point is: organization is a self-organized system which is continuously developing and changing. Study organization phenomena based on complexity theory should begin at, organization's inner mechanism. Complexity theory considers that various autonomic organizations are results of evolvement and competition. Various self-organized patterns are result of adaptation and heritage. Organized patterns are not stone dead, they are zoetic, they will be endlessly learning and renew themselves. Above view of points have important significance to organization management.
