摘要：

Premature ejaculation (PE) is the most frequent male sexual dysfunction, it affects about 20-24% of men. Dapoxetine is the first treatment approved in France. Its interest in the management of premature ejaculation is proven and appears to be improved with the association of cognitive behavioral therapy. The association improves the duration of sexual intercourse and a gradual decrease in the number of tablets needed. (C) 2017 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
