摘要
Along with the development of the large-scale flotation machine, control systems have come to be regarded as a key technology. This paper offers a set of guidelines for large-scale flotation control systems, capable of achieving pulp level control, aeration rate control and bearing temperature detection. Through control strategy, detection equipment, and actuator systems, this control system can be successfully applied on site. This paper draws from data to show that the system has achieved better control, stabilized the production process, and raised the automation level of the plant.
