The residential satisfaction is understood as the pleasure or displeasure level that people feel about the environment where they live; this includes the housing and its boundaries. The research motivation is to know the factors that affect in the residential satisfaction, being its achievement to determine the satisfaction residential level of FSV beneficiaries on housing groups built since 2001 year to these days in Colina, Huechuraba, Puente Alto and Lo Barnechea. To achieve the objective, there was modified and restructured a measuring instrument that was applied, in the first stage, on housing groups located in the communes mentioned previously. In the second instance, the instrument was applied only in Puente Alto. Those applications were carried out with 6 months of time lag. In this article, are going to check the theoretical antecedents that support the realized investigation, handing in the basic concepts to be able to understand the present social housing users problems, delivered by the State,presenting and justifying the measuring instrument application (survey); and expounding its reliability level, after of its first application.
