摘要:
The results of developmental work on wide-band systems for microwave frequency measurement are presented in this paper. Basing on the interferometric frequency measurement method the systems for octave-band frequency measurement from 4 GHz to 18 GHz have been made and examined. Thanks to applying limiting amplifiers the systems are characterized by a very high dynamic range either for CW or a very short pulses. All these systems can operate in the -40 degrees C divided by+65 degrees C temperature range.
