摘要:
The growth process of China's information systems is particularity compared with the growth process abroad. This is decided by Chinese National Situation. This paper proposed three new views based on analyzing the reasons of china's social change, include the economic system reform forced information system development, information values changes promoted information systems growth and information needs changes created conditions for information systems growth. Thus this article analyzed the relationship between social evolution and information systems from social changes angle comprehensively and systematic.
