Humanization is the basis for all activities. Cities are created by people and in turn for the people, therefore, when molding the city public facility space layout, we should satisfy people with safety, esthetic standard, demand, culture, entertainment and so on; The public facilities should not only have ornament, but also should allow more people to participate in. However, China's urban development is a path heavily guided by western urbanization, excessive pursuit of the practice of large public space, ignore the human factor. Linyi city is no exception. This article mainly analysis and explores the main human factors and the major aspects in public facilities design and take square design for an example, reveals the main problems and trends of the humanization for the public facilities space layout in the modern society, drawing the conclusion that the public space is designed by the way of humanity nowadays.
