摘要
At present depth study of workflow technology is important to improve the level of enterprises, operating efficiency and competitiveness, and the workflow engine is core of the workflow management system. This article first introduced the definition of workflow engine and its five important interfaces, as well as the concept of Petri nets and modeling advantages. Second, the paper compared OpenWFE, jBpm, YAWL, Bossa, such as open-source workflow engine and indicated the advantage of workflow scheduling algorithm based on Petri nets. On the basis Bossa scheduling engine has been the focus of analysis. At last the article Outlooks the use of application of workflow engine based on Petri nets.
