摘要
The conduction defects in patients following transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) are common and difficult to predict. Whether a pacemaker (and which type) should be implanted in this particular group of patients remains a question. We report on the case of a TAVI patient initially implanted with a DDD pacemaker, who substantially profited from a later upgrade to a cardiac resynchronization therapy. © 2010 The Author.
