Electrophotographic photoreceptors based on sublimated phthalocyanines

摘要
This paper shows that two-layer generation layers consisting of crystalline layers of the alpha-modification of phthalocyanine-thionol, sublimated in vacuum, on which electroadsorption layers of amorphous Se are deposited by sublimation in vacuum, are promising for inverse high-sensitivity and high-resolution photoreceptors of modem color electrophotographic systems.
