摘要：

In recent years, the private enterprises' characteristics, roles, functions, existing problems, and solutions to the problems are hot points, which are being studied in academic circles. But various private enterprises' formation process, classification, advantages, disadvantages, and its positive or negative influence on society have not been discussed systematically yet. This paper classifies Private enterprises into three types: the oviparous type private enterprise, the Viviparous type private enterprise, and the system differentiation type private enterprise.
