摘要：
The purpose of the study is to analyze the manner in which companies choose to define their respective KPIs, how these indicators are measured and how their evolution correlates with the overall success of the business in which the company is involved. Furthermore, the authors aims to establish and highlight the situations where the most important KPIs, as defined by the company, do not reflect overall performance and propose a methodology of identifying the most relevant indicators.
