摘要
Laminar optical tomography (LOT) is a technique capable of 3D optical imaging of absorption and fluorescence contrast in living tissue. LOT can image to depths of 2mm with 100-200 micron resolution at up to 100 frames per second. We report on the application of LOT to high-resolution depth-resolved imaging of brain function and skin cancer.
