摘要
By analyzing the features of electrical equipment, the functional evaluation of electrical equipment is established based on reliability, efficiency, maintainability and security. According to respective function of electrical equipment, the first-class index is subdivided and then the functional evaluation index is built. Function coefficients are calculated by AHP and the cost coefficients are calculated by the whole life-cycle theory. The optimal solution is selected based on the principles of value engineering. This paper uses transformer as an example to illustrate the feasibility of this method.
