摘要
This paper outlines the process and procedures adopted to design the architecture and functional requirements of instrumentation and control (I&C) based on IEC 61850 standards. The I&C system of the electrical power distribution network will conform to the standards, specifications, and interfaces as set down by the ITER Organization and applied by suppliers in domestic agencies. The IEC 61850 system will ensure the reliable smooth operation and maintenance of the ITER electrical control system at Cadarache, France.
