摘要
Spontaneous uterine rupture caused by placenta percreta during pregnancy is a rare, life-threatening, surgical emergency requiring timely and accurate diagnosis. Two cases of spontaneous uterine rupture due to placenta percreta are reported at a gestational age of 17 weeks and 34 weeks respectively. Imaging findings of ultrasonography and computed tomography (CT) are provided and are worthy of discussion so as to familiarize the radiologists and clinicians with this rare but important complication.
