摘要：

Basketball sports are highly specialized, technical difficulties are highlighted. Teaching Basketball is to conduct overall design and teaching innovation, breakthrough technology, tactics and psychological difficulties of teaching, to explore suitable methods and models for high school basketball teaching, the paper's gives guidelines on the teaching of basketball, based on the use of literature, interviews and questionnaires, focuses on teaching basketball in the purpose of teaching objectives, teaching procedures and sports resources. And further analysis of injury in basketball is often the main reason, pointing out the common basketball injury prevention teaching methods.
