摘要：

On the basis of the review of the literature and the logical analysis, the definition of sports culture, connotation of sport culture and cultural values of sports are introduced. Accordingly, the harmonious returning of the cultural values of competitive sports and the highlighting of leisure sports are proposed. Finally it is concluded that the "human value" is mankind's lofty ideals and cultural values of the future sports and "happy sport" is the ultimate return of the value of human sport culture.
