摘要:
In this paper we report numerical simulations of magnetization dynamics in a quad-layer (QL) spin-torque nano-oscillator (STNO) consists of two outermost quasi-pinned magnetic layers and two inner free magnetic layers. We show that the magnetization dynamics in the quasi-pinned layers and the dipole-dipole interaction between the magnetic layers have significant influence on the QL STNO's performance resulting in altering current thresholds needed for the device operation and decreasing the frequency of the generated microwave signal. The obtained results are important for the development of high-power high-frequency STNOs.
