摘要
The conductive and transparent aluminum-doped ZnO seeds layer was deposited on the flexible polyethylene naphthalate substrate, followed by the growth of ZnO nanorods with chemical bath deposition nethod. It was found that the obtained AZO seeds layer with high crystallinity could contribute to the well-alignirent of ZnO nanorods during the CBD process. The effect of different concentration ratios of zinc nitrate hexahydiate and hexanuthylenetetramine solution on the growth of ZnO nanorods was investigated. It was confirmed that the cry stallinity of ZnOn anorods was improved with the concentration ratios increased.
