摘要
We present briefly the principles of analytical ultracentrifugation (AUC), density measurements, and small angle neutron scattering (SANS). These techniques are used to characterize the solubilized membrane proteins assemblies. We show how protein-detergent and protein-protein interactions can be linked in a thermodynamical approach. In conclusion we review our recent results concerning the use of original surfactants for the stabilization of membrane proteins in solution.
