摘要
In recent years, organozinc compounds have emerged as valuable reagents for transition metal catalyzed cross-couplings and nucleophilic addition reactions. Tolerance of organozincs to common electrophilic functional groups such as ketones, esters, and nitriles in combination with intrinsically high reactivity of carbon-zinc bond makes them ideal for the synthesis of complex functionalized products. This overview highlights advances in preparation and application of organozinc reagents reported over a period of last six years. (C) 2016 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
