Stress and magnetic field dependence of magneto-impedance in amorphous Co66.3Fe3.7Si12B18 ribbons

摘要
The dependence of MI on the magnetic field, applied stress and drive current frequency has been studied. We report the influence of tensile stresses on the MI effect in amorphous CoFeSiB ribbons, where several annealing treatments have been made in order to obtain better results. Sensitivities to the applied magnetic field up to 83%/Oe have been obtained at 3 MHz applying a tensile stress of 500 MPa. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
