摘要:
The article considers the results of modernization of the main electric drive of a finishing stand of a hot rolling mill. A functional diagram of the new microprocessor control system of the electric drive is presented. Distinctive features of this system are distinguished. With the help of the new mill diagnostics system transient processes of the stator and rotor currents of the drive synchronous motor are obtained. Transient processes reflect the various operating modes of the electric drive provided by the operation of the drive control system.
