摘要
I investigated the mediation impact of stress on subjective vitality via hope and loneliness. Participants included 417 undergraduates(211 females and 204 males) from 2 universities in Turkey. A proposed theoretical model was explored and tested using structural equation modeling which indicated that the effects of stress on subjective vitality were fully mediated by hope and loneliness. Several alternative models provided support for the proposed theoretical model. In addition, bootstrapping procedure supported the indirect effect of hope and loneliness between stress and subjective vitality. The findings not only shed light on the mediation impact of stress on subjective vitality via hope and loneliness, but also provide new insight into the difference in strength of the indirect effects.
